Nomad Supply Co – Return Policy

At Nomad Supply Co, we are committed to outfitting your outdoor adventures with the highest-quality gear. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help with a flexible and fair return policy designed for explorers like you.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used sleeping bags, tents, or cookware
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., energy bars, fuel canisters)
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal or contact us at nomadsuplyco@gmail.com.

  2. Enter your order details and reason for the return.

  3. Print the prepaid shipping label provided (if eligible).

  4. Pack your items securely and drop them off at the nearest shipping location.

Note: Return shipping is free for defective items or orders with shipping errors. For all other returns, a flat $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • If your item is damaged or shows signs of use, only a partial refund may be issued or the return denied.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
